The Circle

Your experience.
Put to work precisely.

For hospitality leaders prepared to assume Director-level or senior responsibility in an unfamiliar operating environment.

Show the responsibility
you have carried.

A strong leadership profile explains the operation behind the title.

Describe the properties and departments you have led, the scale of the team, your reporting relationships and the decisions entrusted to you. Brand and property experience are useful context; they do not replace evidence of the work you personally owned.

Distinguish permanent positions, interim assignments and advisory work. Explain the situation at arrival, your contribution and what remained in place when you left.

Build a profile
that supports a match.

  1. Leadership history. Role titles, dates, department scope and property type.
  2. Operating and technology experience. Service model, outlets or event complexity, team size and relevant systems familiarity. Explain how you validate information and use reporting tools in an actual operating routine.
  3. Assignment examples. The problem, your authority, the actions you took and the evidence supporting your description.
  4. Practical availability. Timing, travel parameters and realistic assignment-duration preferences.
  5. Professional references. Be prepared to discuss people who can speak to your leadership work; share their contact details only with their permission.

Use anonymized examples when client or employer information is confidential. Avoid sending guest records, personnel files, financial statements or other proprietary documents with an initial expression of interest.

Readiness is more than
a travel bag.

Enter with judgment

An unfamiliar property has established people, systems and approval rules. Ask what must continue before deciding what should change.

Work within the responsibility

Clarify your authority and escalation route. Keep the property informed when a priority depends on a decision you cannot make.

Leave usable work behind

Maintain notes and operating context that another leader can understand. Your handover should not require the next person to reconstruct the assignment.

The Velmore expectation.

Agents must be qualified for the role they assume and remain accountable to predetermined assignment goals. Meeting Velmore’s performance expectations is a condition of continued employment.

Expressing interest does not guarantee a position or an assignment. Availability, suitability and assignment terms are discussed individually.
